Materials & Craft
Q: What materials do you offer for your straps?
A: We work with alligator, calfskin, rubber, canvas, velcro and other strap materials. Each strap is handmade and can be customized in color, stitching and buckle style.
Q: Are your straps handmade?
A: Yes. Every strap is made by hand, one piece at a time. This lets us control fit, finishing and comfort more closely than mass-produced straps.
Q: Can I choose the buckle or clasp?
A: Yes. You can choose from pin buckles, deployant clasps and other options where available. In many cases you can also reuse your original clasp if it matches the strap size.
Q: Do you offer quick-release spring bars?
A: Many of our straps include quick-release spring bars so you can change straps without tools. This will be clearly mentioned on each product page.
Fit & Sizing
Q: Will your straps fit my watch brand and model?
A: We make straps for all major luxury watch brands, including Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Panerai, Richard Mille and many others. Share your brand, model and lug width at checkout so we can match the fit.
Q: How do I find the correct lug width?
A: Measure the distance between the lugs on your watch (where the strap fits between the case). Common sizes are 20 mm, 22 mm and 24 mm. If you’re unsure, send us a photo or the watch model and we’ll help you confirm the size.
Q: Can you make a strap for my wrist size?
A: Yes. Our straps can be made to your wrist measurements. During checkout you’ll see a note or field for wrist size so we can adjust the strap length for a better fit.
Q: Can I use my original (OEM) clasp with your strap?
A: In most cases, yes. As long as the strap width and thickness match the clasp specifications, you can reuse your original clasp. Let us know at checkout so we can build the strap to suit it.
Custom Orders
Q: What is the difference between standard and custom straps?
A: Standard straps follow our preset sizes and color options. Custom straps let you adjust length, color, stitching, lining, buckle type and other details to match your watch and wrist.
Q: Can I request a design that is not on the website?
A: Yes. If you have a specific idea in mind, contact us with photos or a description. We’ll let you know if we can make it and provide a quote and lead time.
Q: How long does a custom strap take to make?
A: Production time for most custom straps is around 10–14 business days before shipping. Complex designs may take longer. We’ll update you if we expect any delay.
Q: Can I change my order after it’s placed?
A: Because each strap is made to order, changes are only possible if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your order.
Ordering & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal and other secure payment methods. For full details, please see our Payment Methods page.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. Payments are processed through trusted payment providers using encrypted connections. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Q: Can I use a discount code on custom straps?
A: Unless a promotion states otherwise, discount codes can be used on both standard and custom straps. Any exclusions will be listed in the offer terms.
Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: You can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes it easier to track orders and view your order history.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Ready-made straps usually ship within a few business days. Custom straps ship after the production time listed on the product page. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Q: Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
A: Depending on your country, customs or import fees may apply. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?
A: If your tracking link shows an issue or your package is significantly delayed, contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
Returns & Warranty
Q: Can I return a strap if I change my mind?
A: Returns for non-custom straps are possible within our return window as long as the strap is unused and in original condition. Please see our Returns Policy for details.
Q: Are custom straps returnable?
A: Custom and made-to-measure straps are made specifically for you, so they are generally not returnable unless there is a clear production defect.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a set period from delivery. Normal wear, water damage on non-water-resistant materials and misuse are not covered.
Q: What should I do if I receive a defective item?
A: Please contact us with photos and your order number as soon as you notice the issue. We’ll review the case and arrange a repair or replacement where appropriate.
Care & Maintenance
Q: How do I care for a leather strap?
A: Keep leather away from water as much as possible. After wear, wipe the strap with a dry cloth. Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight, heat and strong chemicals.
Q: Are rubber and canvas straps okay for sports and water?
A: Rubber straps are well suited for sports and water use. Canvas straps are water-resistant but should be rinsed with fresh water after contact with salt or chlorinated water.
Q: How long will a strap last?
A: Lifespan depends on material, how often you wear it and how it is cared for. Rotating straps and avoiding excessive moisture and sweat will help them last longer.
Q: Can I clean my strap myself?
A: For leather, use a soft, dry cloth and a leather-specific cleaner if needed. For rubber and canvas, a mild soap solution and water is usually enough. Always dry the strap fully before use.

A: You can track your order using the link in your confirmation email or by logging into your account. If you need help, contact us with your order number.

Q: Do you offer gift options?
