Handcrafted straps deserve a transparent, fair, and smooth return experience.


1. Our Commitment

Each Epoch strap is handcrafted with exceptional care. While we strive for perfection in every piece, we understand that a return or exchange may sometimes be necessary. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a seamless process.


2. Return Eligibility (Within 7 Days)

Standard Straps — Unused

  • Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Must be in unused, unaltered, new condition.
  • A full refund is provided, excluding shipping fees.
  • “Unused” means:
    • No bending or creasing.
    • No signs of wear or wrist marks.
    • The buckle tongue has not been inserted into the strap holes.

Standard Straps — Worn or Used

  • If a strap shows any signs of wear, it cannot be restocked as new.
  • A restocking fee of up to 70% of the strap price will apply.
  • The exact fee depends on the strap condition after inspection.

3. Custom-Made Straps

Custom-Made — Unused Condition

  • Custom-made straps may be returned within 7 days of delivery for an 80% refund (less shipping fees).
  • A 20% restocking fee applies because custom straps are tailored to your specifications and cannot be resold at full price.
  • Straps must show no signs of use, including:
    • No bending or creasing.
    • No buckle tongue marks.
    • No wrist wear or visible use.

Custom-Made — Cancellation After Production Starts

  • Production typically begins within 1 week of placing your order.
  • If you cancel after production has started, the 20% restocking fee still applies.

Custom-Made — Worn or Used

  • If a custom strap has been worn, bent, creased, or otherwise used,
  • a restocking fee of up to 70% of the strap price will apply.

4. Return Shipping & Processing

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Please include your order number inside the return package.
  • If the order number is missing, your refund may be delayed and a $10 administrative fee may apply for additional processing.
  • Please allow 7–14 business days after the package is delivered to our facility for your return to be inspected and processed.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned strap has been received and approved in inspection.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your strap for a different size, color, or model, please contact us before sending anything back.

  • Email us at support@epochstraps.com.
  • Include your order number and the strap you would like to exchange it for.
  • Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your strap arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.
