What We Cover

We cover defects in craftsmanship, materials, and functionality for the lifetime of your strap.

If you encounter an issue related to:

  • Stitching or construction failure
  • Hardware or attachment failure
  • Material defects

we will repair or replace your strap under our Lifetime Warranty.


What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (cuts, burns, stains, crushing, etc.)
  • Misuse, neglect, or exposure to harsh chemicals
  • Normal wear and tear, including:
    • Patina
    • Fading
    • Surface scratches
    • Natural aging of leather or other materials
  • Loss or theft

Our straps are designed to be worn and enjoyed. Over time, natural signs of use are to be expected and are not considered defects.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the strap and the affected area
  2. Assessment
    Our team will review your claim and confirm whether it is covered under the Lifetime Warranty.
  3. Resolution
    If approved, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement and provide instructions for the next steps.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including sending the strap to us and return shipping after repair or replacement.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your peace of mind.

Warranty FAQ

How long does a warranty claim take?

Most claims are resolved within 2–3 weeks from the time we receive your strap. Custom materials or rare components may require additional time.

What if my strap model is discontinued?

If your exact model is no longer available, we’ll offer a comparable replacement of equal value or discuss a custom solution with you.

Will the repair affect the look of my strap?

Our artisans handle all repairs with the same precision and care as when the strap was first made. While minor adjustments may be visible, every effort is made to maintain your strap’s original appearance and integrity.

Do I need proof of purchase?

Yes. A valid order number or receipt is required to process any warranty claim.

Can I transfer my warranty to someone else?

No. The Lifetime Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

Does the warranty cover international customers?

Yes. We honor our Lifetime Warranty worldwide. However, shipping costs for international warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
